We’re excited to share that we will be relaunching Customer Satisfaction Surveys this month. As part of our commitment to continuously improve our services, we invite you to provide feedback. If you created an E-Verify case or contacted us recently, we may be reaching out to you.
The surveys will be administered through the Qualtrics platform and participation is completely voluntary. You may receive two different surveys:
Customer Contact - After you reach out to us, you will receive an email the following week with a link to the survey about your experience; and
E-Verify System - A random sample of customers who created an E-Verify case within the past six months will receive an invitation via email to participate in a survey about the E-Verify system.
