I have cases that received a case alert. How do I remove these alerts?

To remove cases with an alert, click the view link on the alert or select Cases located from the Cases page by using the case status filter.

  • To remove the Cases to be Closed case alert, click View Cases to be Closed, select Continue Case and close.

  • To remove the Cases with Updates case alert, click View Updated Cases.  Take the next required step for each case (such as notifying the employee of a mismatch or closing the case).

  • To remove the Cases with Expiring Authorization Docs case alert, click View Expiring Doc Cases.

  • Recently Auto-Closed Cases alert cases will disappear from the Recently Auto-Closed list after 30 days.
