Secretary of Homeland Security Announces Termination of Designation of Cameroon for Temporary Protected Status, EADs Expires on August 4, 2025

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem decided to terminate the designation of Cameroon for Temporary Protected Status. TPS and related employment authorization benefits associated with this designation will end on Aug. 4, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. 

EADs with a Category Code of A12 or C19 and a Card Expires date of June 7, 2025, associated with the TPS designation of Cameroon expire on Aug. 4, 2025. Employers must reverify TPS Cameroon beneficiaries who presented these EADs before they start work on Aug. 5, 2025.
