Where can I find the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work posters?

The posters are located on the resources page and in E-Verify under View Essential Resources and View Resources. You must display both the English and Spanish versions of the posters in a prominent place that is clearly visible to prospective employees and all employees, including those hired to work in a remote setting who will have their employment eligibility confirmed with E-Verify. If you have difficulty displaying these posters because of unique business needs, ensure that all prospective employees receive them digitally, online, in hard copy at physical locations, and by providing a copy of the posters with job application materials. You may not make any changes to the posters or purchase them from a vendor.
