E-Verify ICA v31 Listening Session for Web Services Developers

Release Date:
News Item Date:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in an E‑Verify Interface Control Agreement (ICA) version 31 (v31) Listening Session for Web Services (WS) developers on November 17, 2021 from 2 – 3 p.m. Eastern.

The purpose of the listening session is to provide an environment to help support WS developers as they transition from ICA v30 to ICA v31.

WS developers have up to six months from September 30, 2021, to adopt the new software. This means that both software integration and approval to use the E‑Verify v31 Application Programming Interface (API) in the production environment by means of acceptance testing must be completed by no later than March 31, 2022, to remain compliant with E-Verify policy.

This interactive listening session is designed to allow WS developers an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns on the new ICA v31 which was publicly available on September 30, 2021.

You must preregister to attend this event. USCIS is using Cisco Webex as the platform for our listening session. If you have never joined a Cisco Webex session before, please prepare your web browser when you pre-register.

We will send a confirmation email and invitation for the session to the email address you provide. Space is limited, so register early. Please log in 15 minutes before the session starts. For questions and additional information, please email us at E‑VerifyOutreach@uscis.dhs.gov.
