E-Verify Employer Agent Support

Welcome to the E-Verify employer agent resources page. This page contains relevant resources pertaining to the use of E-Verify by E-Verify employer agents including all publications.

E-Verify employer agents must enroll client companies in E-Verify before they can begin verifying the employees of client companies. E-Verify employer agents obtain information required to create a case in E-Verify from Forms I-9 obtained from client companies. After a case is created, E-Verify compares the records maintained by the Social Security Administration (SSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to verify the employment eligibility of the employee.
