Airport operators enroll in E-Verify using the same process as employers. When you enroll as an Airport Operator, you must provide some basic company information and agree to follow the rules of E-Verify. Airport Operator Enrollment – Process Overview
- Visit the E-Verify website at https://everify.uscis.gov/enroll/ to enroll. Accept and agree to the E-Verify enrollment terms and review the checklist.
- Determine the access method by answering the four yes/no questions. Airport operators who will use E-Verify to help determine the eligibility of applicants seeking unescorted access to any SIDA of an airport should select the most appropriate option for how they will use E-Verify.
The employer access method is recommended. To select employer access, click Yes for the first question and click No for the other three questions. - Review and confirm the access method.
- Select Airport Operator as your Organization Designation.
- Review, acknowledge, and agree to the memorandum of understanding (MOU).
- Enter the MOU signatory information.
- Enter your company details.
- Enter 488 for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code.
- Provide hiring site information.
- Register E-Verify program administrator(s). Program administrators can add other users, create cases, update the company information, create reports, and unlock user accounts.
- Review and certify information.
- Print a copy of the electronically signed MOU.
E-Verify will confirm your enrollment information with TSA.
