1.1 Airport Operator Enrollment – How To Enroll

Airport operators enroll in E-Verify using the same process as employers. When you enroll as an Airport Operator, you must provide some basic company information and agree to follow the rules of E-Verify. For information on how to prepare for enrollment, see the E-Verify Enrollment Quick Reference Guide (PDF) or visit the enrollment webpage.

Airport Operator Enrollment – Process Overview

  • Visit the E-Verify website at https://everify.uscis.gov/enroll/ to enroll. Accept and agree to the E-Verify enrollment terms and review the checklist.
  • Determine the access method by answering the four yes/no questions. Airport operators who will use E-Verify to help determine the eligibility of applicants seeking unescorted access to any SIDA of an airport should select the most appropriate option for how they will use E-Verify.
The employer access method is recommended. To select employer access, click Yes for the first question and click No for the other three questions.
  • Review and confirm the access method.
  • Select Airport Operator as your Organization Designation.
  • Review, acknowledge, and agree to the memorandum of understanding (MOU).
  • Enter the MOU signatory information.
  • Enter your company details.
  • Enter 488 for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code.
  • Provide hiring site information.
  • Register E-Verify program administrator(s). Program administrators can add other users, create cases, update the company information, create reports, and unlock user accounts.
  • Review and certify information.
  • Print a copy of the electronically signed MOU.

E-Verify will confirm your enrollment information with TSA.
