Improvement Description Benefit to Users
Fixed a bug causing the ‘Reason for Delay’ screen to display incorrectly.
  • Reduces unnecessary data entry requirements.
Added functionality to allow U.S. citizens with SSA TNCs due to citizenship mismatches to resolve the TNC with DHS.
  • Reduces the need for employees to visit SSA to resolve SSA TNCs due to a citizenship mismatch.
Updated E-Verify so that employment authorization decisions for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) are based on the most recent applicable Federal Register notice.
  • Ensures that cases for TPS beneficiaries do not receive a TNC due to the expiration of the validity date that appears on the face of the document.
