Status Change Report Updated to include Document Number
The Status Change Report was initially deployed on June 20, 2025, to help you identify if any of your E-Verify cases were created with an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) that has been revoked by DHS. As of July 15, the report includes an additional “Revoked Document Number” field to help you determine whether an employee’s EAD presented for Form I-9 and used to create their E-Verify case is the revoked EAD in the report. If this EAD has been revoked, you must reverify the employee.

E-Verify+ Expands Verification Options for Employees
E-Verify+ adds control and convenience for employees, but sometimes circumstances prevent them from using it to submit their information. On Wednesday, June 18, E-Verify+ launched a feature allowing employees to opt out of the E-Verify+ process and complete a traditional Form I-9 and E-Verify case.
E-Verify Implements Login.gov to Secure Account Access
Starting on July 1, E-Verify requires a new secure login process using multifactor authentication (MFA).
MFA enhances security for the login process and helps prevent unauthorized access to accounts. If you have already enabled MFA through Login.gov, no further action is needed. If you haven't, you will be required to link your E-Verify user account(s) to a Login.gov account during your next login. This process should take less than 10 minutes.
New “Status Change Report” for E-Verify Users Following Parole Termination and EAD Revocation
